Ryan Garrett, SaaS Solution Architect, Rubrik

Ryan Garrett is a SaaS Solution Architect at Rubrik, where he has served for the past three years, specializing in safeguarding SaaS applications and identity solutions. Prior to joining Rubrik, Ryan developed extensive experience as an architect and engineer, focusing on identity, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and infrastructure, among numerous other workloads—earning him a reputation as the “Swiss army knife” of IT resources. Currently, Ryan concentrates on protecting cloud-based workloads and identity platforms including Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, Dynamics, and additional SaaS applications.

Austin Hall is the Field CTO at Permiso Security, where he helps organizations gain visibility into identity activity across cloud infrastructure to detect and respond to threats. With a background spanning solutions engineering and architecture, Austin brings deep technical expertise and a practical perspective on how identity is exploited in modern attack paths. Prior to Permiso, he held leadership and customer-focused roles at companies like Phosphorus Cybersecurity and Tanium, helping customers strengthen their detection and response capabilities across dynamic environments.

 

Peleg Holzmann, Senior Cybersecurity Supervision Specialist, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago

Peleg Holzmann holds a master’s degree with distinction in Cyber Security from DePaul University Class of 2011 (Chicago Illinois). Aside from his master’s degree Peleg has over 20 years of cyber security experience and holds the following certifications: CCSP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ITIL v3 Expert/Instructor, IITIL v3 MALC, ITIL v3 PPO, ITIL v3 SOA, ITIL v3 RCV, ITIL v3 OSA, ITIL v3 Practitioner and ITIL v3 Foundation (Older-CCNA, MCP, MCP+! And MCSE)

Currently Mr. Holzmann serves as Senior Cybersecurity Supervision Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Holzmann also serves as one of the SMEs for cyber security, cloud security and pen testing.

Some of Mr. Holzmann’s previous accomplishments include:
• Developing, designing and implementing a highly rated Zero Trust Boot Camp curriculum for notable organizations like the FDA and USPTO.
• Leading corporate initiatives to attain compliance initiatives, including GDPR and SOC 2 certifications.

Neeraj Kakrania, Principal Cybersecurity Analyst, Discover

Neeraj Kakrania is a Principal Cybersecurity Analyst at Capital One (Discover). With over 20 years of experience in the IT and Financial industry. He holds a CISSP certification and specializes in Cyber Risk Assessment and Data tokenization. Neeraj aims to stay current with cybersecurity trends and technologies. His goal is to continue to grow and contribute to the success of the organization and the cybersecurity community.

Zeeshan is the head of IAM, Application Security and Business Continuity for the City of Chicago, overseeing cybersecurity across 40+ departments. With over two decades of experience in both public and private sectors, Zeeshan specializes in large scale cyber security modernization and Zero Trust strategic initiatives. He is known for aligning strong security controls with real-world operational needs. Previously, at Northern Trust he led enterprise wide IAM, Application Security and digital identity lifecycle transformations. A CISSP certified leader, he is recognized for driving secure, scalable, forward thinking digital identity programs.

 

Arun Kothanath, Chief Technical Officer, MajorKey Technologies

Arun is a visionary cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience advancing Identity Security programs for Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. As MajorKey’s CTO, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight to strengthen cybersecurity frameworks. Arun is also a faculty member at the University of Minnesota where he mentors future cybersecurity leaders.
